Artist's Statement
I believe painting is a continual process of learning and experimentation. I paint because it challenges me to stretch myself in trying new ways to express my thoughts and faith. I enjoy being in that quiet place where I don't think about anything but what I'm doing. Painting is a rewarding way to share a feeling with others and hopefully bring them joy. I look forward to a feeling of accomplishment from doing it well.
